Recording
Audience taping is permitted at all Lucius Clay shows. When Lucius Clay is performing at a festival or other event featuring multiple bands, that particular event's policy may override Lucius Clay's customary taping policy.
We encourage people to record shows and spread them throughout our great community, whether it be audio or video. Except when the show is being professionally recorded for distribution. When this scenario arises newsletters will be sent out and press releases will be made to make the public aware (subscribe here).
The enjoyment of the audience in attendance at a concert always takes precedence over recording efforts. This means that at no time should tapers ever require other patrons to be quiet or otherwise interfere with their enjoyment of the show.
